Siemens Home Appliances Charitable Survey Program

5 MINUTES TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As a socially responsible company, Siemens Home Appliances is always passionate about giving back to the community and supporting the ones in need. To improve the quality of our after-sales service and also achieve our charitable giving goals, from May 2015 onwards, Siemens Home Appliances specially invites our current customers to take part in a short survey on after-sales services. Customers only need to take 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire and return within 14 days.

To make a difference, for every completed questionnaire, Siemens Home Appliances will donate HK$20 to St. James’ Settlement to support their charity works.

Siemens Home Appliances has been working with St. James’ settlement as a long-term partner to shape our community through various types of charitable works and programs. This whole program is also supported by St. James’ settlement rehabilitation centre on letter shopping and data collection. We hope that, through this program, we can hear your voice and also help shaping the society.

From 2015 to 2016, we received over 3,000 completed questionnaires from our customers. As a result, the donations to St. James in 2015 and 2016 are $29,360 and $33,960 respectively. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to our customers for their participation, support and valuable advice on improving our service quality.

More importantly, we would also like to extend our thanks to St. James' Settlement for being our partner and making meaningful contributions to society together.
