Take one further step and make the service different
I have been working in the service industry for more than twenty years and still my fourteen years with BSH Customer Service is everyday full of challenges and surprises.
People question these days what customer service experts shall do to make their customers happy. To me, my answer is simple: always put ourselves in customers’ shoes and see things through customers’ glasses. Customer satisfaction is a matter of whether we are willing to take a further step, no matter how small it is, to render our care to customers as they are our friends.

I believe “People need to be happy before making others happy”. Take my camera and I would be on my way to snap shot the world. This releases my stress and keeps me always in shape to be ready to serve our valued customers.
