Potential risk of explosion concerning tabletop gas hobs and freestanding gas cookers.
A limited number of gas cookers and tabletop gas hobs from the production period January 2009 to October 2011 are affected. This is because of potential damage to a gas connection fitting. In certain circumstances, gas can escape and in extremely rare cases there is a risk of explosion. We are offering the free replacement of the connection fitting by a certified service engineer to every owner of an affected appliance. The replacement will be carried out at the owner’s home and resolves the issue completely.
