Important Safety Notice for washing machines
Potential risk of injury from inner drum of certain washing machines. Owners of affected appliances are requested to comply with the following safety notice.
Certain washing machines from the production period February 2019 are affected. Our quality checks have revealed a potential damage to the connection of the inner drum. Under certain circumstances, this connection could get loose during the spin cycle and thus pose a risk of considerable injury. We request all consumers to check whether their appliance is affected by this safety measure and offer every owner of an affected washing machine a free replacement. The safety of our consumers is of utmost importance to us. Safety cannot be guaranteed throughout the life of the appliances. To minimize safety risks and as a precaution, do not operate your affected washing machine at more than 800 rotations per minute until the appliances has been replaced.
