Because the powerful integrated extractor hood discharges steam, grease, and unwanted odours right next to the pots and pans. Operation can be done with exhaust air or circulating air. In exhaust air mode, vapours and odours are directed outside. In recirculation mode, the air passes through a filter and is returned to the room cleaned.
