climateControl Sensor

Automatically adjusts the extraction rate to match the amount of steam: the climateControl Sensor. The innovative climateControl Sensor is hidden from view inside the air duct. It measures steam intensity and grease content while you cook and automatically adjusts the extraction rate accordingly. When you finish cooking, it operates in after-running mode for additional 10 minutes before shutting off completely, thus ensuring that the air in your kitchen stays fresh. The climateControl Sensor is activated by means of the "auto" button.

cleanAir recirculation

With cleanAir, Siemens offers an innovative recirculating module that is sure to impress. It’s super easy to install and can be integrated into many Siemens extractor hoods for optimal efficiency without you having to alter your kitchen.

Thanks to the large, slatted surface of the special active carbon filter, the cleanAir recirculating module can neutralise up to 95 % of odours, leaving behind nothing but fresh, pure air. Thus, it far exceeds traditional recirculating systems and is on a par with a ducted system. CleanAir’s efficient extraction of grease is also comparable to that of a ducted system. In addition, the cleanAir recirculating module is extremely quiet.
