The flexible cooking zone for flexible cooking: flexInduction.

With flexInduction, the flexible cooking zone automatically extends to accommodate extra-large cookware (up to 24 cm in diameter). If one zone is not big enough for your cookware, your hob takes control and activates more inductors for even heating. It’s also an excellent option for using teppanyakis or griddle plates up to 40 cm long.

The dual lightSlider makes it easy to select and join the cooking zones of your induction cooktop using one neatly arranged interface. And when your cooktop is switched off, the interface is completely invisible to maintain a sleek, contemporary look in your kitchen.

The climateControl Sensor measures steam intensity and detects cooking fumes to optimise the extraction rate automatically. Keep the air in your kitchen fresh and your mind free to concentrate on the cooking.

cookingSensor Plus regulates the temperature on the induction hob so as to cook everything to perfection without boiling over. It works without supervision, without readjustment– and saves electricity

fryingSensor Plus helps make sure every one of your pancakes will be deliciously golden, from first to last. It alerts you when the pan has reached the right temperature, then maintains that exact heat level for as long as you’re cooking. Your creations stay free of scorching, and you can stay focused on your guests.

Adjust heat levels in three steps just by moving the cookware – powerMove Plus.

powerMove Plus separates your cooktop into three different heat zones, which are activated by simply placing your pans on them. You can adjust power levels simply by moving the cookware.
