There may be several other reasons: After the programme has ended, warm laundry feels damper than it actually is. If you have exceeded the maximum load for the programme, the laundry may not be dried properly. The sensor may be covered in a fine layer of limescale, detergent or product residue, which then impairs its performance. This prevents your laundry from being dried properly. The drying time was too short or the dryness level is set too damp. If clothes are still wet after using the dryer, you should work on fine-tuning the dryness level. |
Spread the laundry out and allow the heat to disperse. That allows residual moisture to escape quickly. Always make sure, that you do not exceed the maximum load of your dryer. Condensation will form in the appliance as it dries the laundry. If there is no drain hose connected to the appliance, the condensation water from the appliance will run into the condensate container. If the container is not emptied regularly, the dryer will turn off automatically as soon as the condensate container is full. |
