How to identify faults and solve problems with your Siemens home appliances
Check out the Siemens Online Assistant (Option 1) to identify the faults step-by-step and get support for your appliance based on the model-number (E-Nr.) of your appliance. Or use Option 2 and select the appliance category you are interested in.
Option 1: Siemens Online Assistant – start with the model-number (E-Nr.) of your appliance
Start the search by typing in the model number (E-Nr.) of your appliance.
This data is needed to identify your appliance so that the database can show you the correct information. The E-Nr. is shown on the type plate of your appliance. It consists of two letters at the beginning followed by a mix of numbers and letters. Siemens model numbers will always start with two letters and will always end by a “/” and two numbers as the last two signs.

Option 2: Easy access to troubleshooting support by selecting the appliance category
Please select the corresponding appliance category of your Siemens home appliance. You then can select the issue which is appearing at your appliance e.g. Error-Codes are shown in the display and you will get more info how to solve minor problems on your own.
