Let the technology decide
Precise, automatic detergent dosing for the best wash with no waste.
Never overdose or underdose again
The intelligent detergent dosing system dispenses the detergent and the softener to the millilitre. This way you always achieve optimal results - without overdosing or underdosing.
i-Dos with Detergent scan is just as intelligent. Scan the barcode of your detergent using the Home Connect app. Your Smart Washing Machine will automatically calculate the amount of detergent to dispense based on the water hardness in your area and your detergent type, ensuring you use the perfect amount of detergent every time.
The intelligent sensor difference
Intelligent sensors automatically detect your laundry’s textile types, the weight, and the degree of soiling. They then transmit this information to the i-Dos automatic dosing system, which precisely calculates the necessary amount of detergent and water down to the millilitre.

Detergent Scan on the Home Connect app enables you to scan the barcodes on the bottles of over 3000 detergents and softeners.
Fill in once - forget about it for about 20 washes
With an i-Dos washing machine, you fill the bottle with liquid detergent* or fabric softener** once. i-Dos will take care of detergent for up to 20 loads. Of course, you can still dose manually at any time, with the extra compartment for powder or any other detergent of your choice.
