Siemens Large Appliances Repair Service

If your Siemens appliance is within its 2 or 5 year warranty, then the cost of your repair, including any replacement spare parts fitted, will be FREE within the warranty period. Our warranty covers the electrical or mechanical failure of your appliance. If our engineer visits and is unable to identify a fault, or if the issue is found not to be covered by your warranty, a call-out fee may be charged.

If your Bosch appliance's 2 or 5 year warranty has expired, then the repair will be chargeable, even if the engineer is not able to repair your appliance or your appliance is beyond economic repair. Our call-out charge is €103 including VAT. The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete. In some areas of Ireland we use selected and approved service partner to carry out repairs on our behalf. Payments are by Direct Debit. Your appliance must be between 2 to 12 years old. When you call to take out this plan or to book a repair, we will need your model number (E-Nr), FD number, serial number (Z-Nr) and purchase date. Please have this information ready before calling.
