Should the appliance prove to have been damaged in transit it must be returned with the carrier and a replacement will be issued. All damages must be reported to our customer services department either by email or telephone (contact details below) within 14 days of the delivery taking place.
For security reasons the carrier will not deliver any appliances to an empty house or have deliveries signed for by under 18s. You can nominate a neighbour to receive the goods on your behalf (this information must be stated in Special Delivery Instructions) or accompany the carriers into the delivery address.
Due to all deliveries needing signed for any instructions to leave the appliances for example "in the porch" or "in the garage" cannot be accepted.
Product Care Group is our home delivery partner, and will undertake all standard large home appliance deliveries. Should circumstances change Product Care Group can be can be contacted on telephone number is 0345 209 7461 or email customer.services@productcaregroup.com please quote your order number, name and postcode to enable them to locate your order on their system. Please note that they will only receive your order information onto their system 24 hours prior to delivery if you have chosen a desired delivery date.
