In most cases, a repair is recommended as it is often more cost-effective. However, this is always up to you.If a repair isn't possible or not recommended, you will get a cashback of the call-out charge when buying a new Siemens home appliance.

Only original spare parts are used by our Siemens customer repair service.To provide the best solution for you, every case is analyzed by a technical team to make sure our engineer has all the original spare parts at hand to carry out the repair.

How much will the repair cost?

Accepted Answer

If your Siemens appliance is within its 2 or 5 year warranty, then the cost of your repair, including any replacement spare parts fitted, will be free within the warranty period. Warranty terms and conditions apply. If your Siemens appliance's 2 or 5 year warranty has expired, then the repair will be chargeable, even if the engineer is not able to repair your appliance or your appliance is beyond economic repair. Our call-out charge outside of the M25 is £109.00 including VAT, and within the M25 our call-out charge is £119.00 including VAT. The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete. Any replacement spare parts are charged additionally. Repair terms and conditions apply.
