If your Siemens appliance is within its 2 or 5 year warranty, then the cost of your repair, including any replacement spare parts fitted, will be free within the warranty period. Warranty terms and conditions apply.If your Siemens appliance's 2 or 5 year warranty has expired, then the repair will be chargeable, even if the engineer is not able to repair your appliance or your appliance is beyond economic repair. Our call-out charge outside of the M25 is £109.00 including VAT, and within the M25 our call-out charge is £119.00 including VAT. The call-out charge covers the engineers call-out and labour, no matter how long the repair takes to complete.
