  • 80g cane sugar
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g coconut oil
  • 75g chocolate chips
  • 250g fresh raspberries

For Topping

  • 25g dried raspberries
  • 100g chocolate
  • 50g chocolate chips
