A sumptuous twist on the classic Chelsea bun – fill with chocolate spread and your choice of chocolate beans, marshmallows or nuts for a true crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of white bread mix
- 1 egg
- 150ml milk
- 30g melted butter
- 75ml warm water
- Flour for rolling out
For the chocolate filling
- 4 tbsp chocolate spread
- 100g chocolate chunks
- 55g nuts, mini marshmallows or mini chocolate beans

Method
1. Make white bread mix with melted butter, egg, milk and water to equal the packet’s recommended liquid. Use mixer to combine and knead for 5 minutes.
2. Roll out to a rectangle 25cm x 35cm, spread with chocolate spread and sprinkle with chocolate, sweets or nuts of choice.
3. Roll up the dough along the long edge and slice into 5cm slices, place in greased lined 25cm x 35cm tin cut side up.
4. Place in oven and set to Prove at 40°C for 30 minutes.
5. Once proved turn oven to Hot Air 200°C and medium Steam. Cook for 20-22 minutes.
6. Leave to cool and pull apart for serving.
