How much will my repair cost?

If your Siemens appliance has a manufacturing or material fault and it is under the two year manufacturer's warranty, or the Siemens five year warranty, your repair will be free of charge subject to our warranty terms and conditions.

If your Siemens appliance is not under the two year manufacturer's warranty, an engineer visit is chargeable at a flat fee of £109 (or £119 within the M25) plus the cost of any replacement spare parts required to repair the appliance. This fee is inclusive of call out and labour. The same call out and labour fee applies no matter how long the repair takes. A one year warranty will be applied to the engineer's labour and any parts that are fitted. If no fault is found, the parts are not available, or the appliance is not repairable, the repair will still be chargeable. Please read our repair terms and conditions for more information.

In some areas we have approved service partners who carry out repairs on our behalf. For these repairs you are entering into a contract directly with the service partner and other pricing structures and charges may apply. Your service partner will be able to advise you on their own prices.

What if my appliance is under an insurance plan?

If your Siemens appliance is covered by an insurance plan or policy, such as Domestic & General, please call our contact centre and an advisor will book a repair for your appliance. Do not book your repair online as you may be charged for the cost of your repair instead of your insurer. Please have your Siemens appliance's model number (E-Nr), FD number and purchase date ready prior to calling Siemens.

Who will be repairing my appliance?

Repairs are carried out by our own locally based engineers around the country who are employed and trained by Siemens, which gives them unrivalled knowledge and expertise with our Siemens appliances. In some areas we have approved service partners who carry out repairs on our behalf.

What appliances do you repair?

Our engineers can repair large Siemens appliances such as washing machines, tumble dryers, washer dryers, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, warming drawers and coffee machines.

How can I pay for my repair?

Repair payments are made to the engineer on the day of your repair by card or cheque. We never take payment from private individuals before a repair visit.

Do you use original spare parts?
