Cooking temperature table for popular dishes.

The table shows which heat setting is suitable for each type of food. The cooking time may vary depending on the type, weight, size and quality of the food. The set heat setting varies depending on the cookware that is used.

The hotplate only heats up when required to maintain the temperature. This saves energy and prevents the oil or fat from overheating.
