10 years and still going strong
I purchased both the washer and dryer together at John Lewis, after 10 years both have given me no trouble until just recently when my washer stopped dispensing liquids. However, after many youtube videos and investigating I believe I can purchase a new part that should get it on track again. The part is expensive at a couple of £100s but if this is the only cost in 10 years after purchasing then I cant grumble. Its worth the expense to keep my little laundry family a bit longer.

Wash and spin good, door drips water .
Pleased in general with wash and spin however the door drips water after opening, this is after wiping rubber seal and door glass and drying all round and under the door. Not amused by that .

Very quiet machine, hardly know its on
Needed to replace a washing machine that was showing signs of the bearings going. As the machine is in a utility next to my husbands office, it needed to be very quiet as well as energy efficint. This hits both reuirements so far.

Excellent washing machine
This washing machine is performing all programmes efficiently and quietly. The large capacity drum washes Kingsize bedding perfectly. The maximum spin speed makes drying even the largest towels so much quicker, whether hung out of doors, or consigned to the dryer. Appropriate programmes for delicates treat such garments as gently as if they were being washed by hand. Very pleased.

Quality Washing Machine
This is my second Siemans washing machine - the first one lasted 16 years and I only changed it because we were moving location, this new one is proving to be a great as the last, it is worth paying a little more for good quality products

Upright Freezer
Large drawers very good for roasts etc. Freezes really quickly. Just one small niggle, no interior light.

Replacement fridge
This was a replacement fridge after only 5 years which was disappointing and Siemens took 6 weeks to replacement. I am happy with the fridge but not the service. I'm glad it has a door alarm and good interior lighting which brightens gradually. Plenty of space and quiet motor

Review
This fridge is amazing - it is quite expensive relative to a normal fridge. But if you need extra capacity it is well worth the extra £s. The door is a little heavier as it's similar to a production fridge in part. And a plastic but has fallen off the door bottom - but just a cosmetic hinge cover so no implications re performance or asthetics.

Pleased with our purchase
There are few refridgerators around with the sliding hinge configuration, so we chose the Siemens product as we have other appliances made by Siemens. The capacity of the fridge is quite small and there is little room for bottles to stand. I like being able to view the vegetables through the clear drawers.Dishcare

Hand Wash Relief
This new dishwasher replaces my 12 year old Siemans which gave good service until now. There are a few improvements such as extra height for larger plates and more space for saucers. The first wash has produced sparkling clean and dry results. I usually rinse food particles off plates and cutlery before placing them in the dishwasher but this time decided to try without rinsing first. I am extremely pleased with the results but suspect old habits could return !!

Outstanding product, outstanding customer service.
Our dishwasher will be 20 years old in August, is fully functioning and still looking great (apart from mild corrosion of the upper and lower baskets and mild loss of the gloss coating of some of the plastic parts like the lower spray arm). Very happily for us, Siemens sells replacement parts for its old models. We have just bought and replaced the upper and lower baskets and are absolutely delighted with them. We now have an almost new dishwasher :) We thank Siemens for its strategy of product longevity (rare these days). We also thank the excellent customer service person, who I spoke on Sunday afternoon (18 May 2025 at 1527 GMT). Btw, we also have fully functioning and still great-looking fridge-freezer, gas hob, self-cleaning oven and microwave. In summary: Outstanding company, who designs and sells outstanding products. Thank you.

Better programmes than my old dishwasher. Love the cutlery tray rather than a basket, sems a lot quieter too

Doing a good job
Seems very large inside, adjustable basket is useful. Washing better than our previous Grundig at the moment, it is also very quite compared to our last one. My only gripe is when registering for the 5 year warranty it stated I would get an acknowlegment email very quickly (10Mins??), this never happened so I rang and was told it could take 24hrs. Still haven't got it 3 days later. Another phone call as it doesn't seem to mention it on my appliances on the website.

Does the job
Good as a small oven. However it was annoying the Holder Front and back (spare part 10023499), which are little plastic bits which are supposed to hold the wire wrack, broke within 3 years of use and this unit has not been heavily used. It’s a bit surprising that these supporting hooks are made of plastic, as they appear prone to failure under repeated heat cycles.

Nice Cooker Hood, poor instructions no tools.
Nice Cooker Hood but poor instructions and no specialist tool bits to aid installation, considering these screwdriver bits would cost buttons with respect to overall cost of Cooker Hood, poor reflection on Siemens and their customer care.
