Pre-programme rather than pre-treating

Life can be messy but with Siemens, treating stains needn’t be. Depending on your model and whether it’s paired with the Siemens Home Appliance app, the stainRemoval system individually targets up 161 common stains by adjusting water temperature, drum speed and soaking time. No need to add any special detergents – or do anything. Your machines takes care of it all by adjusting water temperature, drum speed and soaking time.

White glove treatment for your whites

Your Siemens washing machine is designed to keep your whites dazzlingly bright. To help it do its best work, read our tips.

Sort and separate

Always sort and separate your loads by colour so that traces of dye don’t transfer to whites, discolouring them over time.

Go sour on stains

Lemon juice and distilled vinegar are all natural bleaching agents. Simply add a cup to a wash cycle to remove discolouration and keep whites bright. The sun’s ultraviolet rays will also do the job but can fade colours.

No sweat

Rub perspiration and deodorant marks with liquid detergent, dishwashing liquid or clear shampoo. Rinse with clean water and wash in the machine.

Out with stains

Enzyme detergents and oxygen bleach are effective pre-treatments but always check the care label and test before using them for the first time.

A trick of the light

Detergents with optical brighteners bend UV light so fabrics look whiter than they are.
