Leave wrinkles behind

  • Wrap delicate items in tissue paper or greaseproof paper.
  • Place a thin cardboard sheet between shirts/blouses to eliminate wrinkles.
  • Keep bras in shape by stacking them flat one on top of the other. Tuck the straps into the cups of the bottom bra and pack them in an appropriately sized plastic container.

Extra space for extra style

  • Roll clothes rather than folding them to fit more in and keep items wrinkle free.
  • Stuff socks inside your shoes to save space and make them easier to find. They'll also cushion the footwear and prevent creases in the leather or fabric.
  • Vacuum seal clothes in bags to create more packing room.
  • Squeeze underwear and swimwear into gaps.

Refresh and rewear

  • Hang garments in the bathroom while showering, so the hot steam smoothes the fabric and removes odours.
  • Wipe down clothes with a damp washcloth to quickly smooth out slight creases.
  • Seal garments in a plastic bags and put them in the freezer for 24 hours to kill bacteria that break down sweat and cause odours.
  • Pack detergent for emergency hand washing.

  • Knitted garments are great on the go because they're easy to wash and body heat will iron out any creases.
  • Fine and soft, merino wool offers wearable climate control thanks to hundreds of tiny air pockets that allow it to adapt to your body temperature, keeping you warm when you're cold and cool when you're hot.
