Programme duration: washing machine's wash cycle takes too long

If the duration of the programme run by your Siemens washing machine changes, this is usually an automatic adjustment made by the appliance in order to optimise the wash cycle. The problem may also be caused by an inadequate water supply.

Not a fault. The programme sequence is optimised electronically, another rinse cycle is switched on due to heavy foam build-up, or an imbalance is eliminated.

Detergent dosage too high

Machine is overloaded with laundry

Pump may be dirty or blocked
