Siemens washing machine error E3010 / E30-10

The tap is turned off.

Turn on the tap.

The water inlet hose is kinked or jammed.

Check the installation of the water inlet hose.

The filter in the water inflow is blocked.

Clean the filter in the water inflow.

The water pressure is low.

Check the water pressure directly at the tap.
Put a bucket underneath the tap.
- Approx. 10 litres of water should be discharged within a minute from the tap when fully open.
- If less water is discharged from the tap within a minute, the water pressure is too low.
Call a plumber if the water pressure is too low.

The water level measuring system is defective.

With this error message, the appliance starts a draining process.

Wait approx. 5 minutes until the draining process ends.
Restart the appliance.

If required, start the draining process again.
If the fault persists, call customer service.
