  1. Check the installation of the water outlet hose.

    Replace the water outlet hose if it is damaged.

Detergent or fabric softener drips off the gasket and collects on the door or in the gasket fold.

There is too much detergent or fabric softener in the detergent drawer.

Water is leaking from below the door.

Dirt on the door or seal causes leaks.

  1. Clean the door and the seal.

Regularly check the intake opening in the rubber gasket for any blockages and clean the intake opening.

  2. Remove any blockages from the intake opening.
